Arthur Koga - President and CEO  Blue Cliff, Inc.
Blue Cliff, Inc. is a software consultant and development company providing support to healthcare providers, institutions, and companies with the installation, configuration and customization of electronic medical records and  project management/cost accounting system. He has over twenty years of experience with the electronic information services industry, was the Director of Telehealth Projects at the Pacific Telehealth and Technology Hui and served as the Executive Director of the Hawaii Information Network Corporation. Other professional experiences include over twenty five years of experience in government as an educator and administrator with the Hawaii State Department of Education, Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education, and Legislative Analyst at the Hawaii State Legislature.

Barbara Kahana, IT Department, Director Project Services Division for HHSC
Barbara has spent the past 9 years with Hawaii Health Systems Corporation and previously  spent 23 years at Kuakini Medical Center.  Barbara is also serving as  the President Board of Directors for Kahuku Medical Center.  
 
Raleigh Awaya - EXEC. VP TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS at AIG HAWAII and Start up venture Veyond
Raleigh has been involved in the IT scene in HI for many years as CIO at companies such as East West Center, BHP Petroleum and St. Francis Healthcare to name a few.  Raleigh came out of retirement to join AIG and is heading the new start up Veyond which has a personal data vault product for erecords of all types.
 
Rachel Raquino - Hawaii Region Manager for Allscripts
Allscripts has partnered with local firm Team Praxis to provide electronic medical records to physicians in Hawaii.  This is proving to be a very successful partnership and is being well-adopted by the physician community
